Indications (product benefits)

• Reduces mood swings associated with PMS and maintains energy production.
• In traditional Western herbal medicine Vitex agnus-castus is used to relieve menstrual cycle irregularity, support healthy reproductive hormones and female reproductive system health, and relieve symptoms of both PMS and menopause.
• Melissa officinalis is traditionally indicated in Western herbal medicine to support healthy mood balance, calm the nervous system and relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety.

Excipients
Manufacturing Excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, disodium edetate, gellan gum, hypromellose, leucine, potable water, potassium acetate Incidental Excipients: Acacia, dl-alpha-tocopherol, maize starch, sucrose.

Warning
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micorgrams retinol equivalents for men. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, or if symptoms persist talk to your healthcare practitioner. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Vitex agnuscastus can a"ect hormones in the body and may interact with prescription medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health care professional before use. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
