Indications (product benefits)

1. Supports nervous system function, healthy stress response and relief of symptoms of mild anxiety
2. Rhodiola is used in Russian herbal medicine (RHM) to enhance brain health
3. Withania, hypericum and rhodiola are all used in Western herbal medicine (WHM) to support healthy mood balance

These herbs are also used in both WHM and RHM:

1. To relieve weariness, tiredness and fatigue and support general mental wellbeing
2. As adaptogens to help the body adapt to various stressors

Excipients
Manufacturing Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, vegetable capsule (Vcaps®). Incidental Excipients: Maltodextrin.
