Adult Dose
Mix 1 scoop (1 level included scoop contains approx. 7g) into 200mL of water and consume immediately. Take once daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Excipients
Manufacturing Excipients: Colloidal anhydrous silica, Natural Lemon flavour, glycine, malic acid, Stevia rebaudiana. Incidental Excipients: Acacia, d-alpha-tocopherol, dl-alphatocopherol, fractionated coconut oil, liquid glucose, maize starch, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate.

Warning
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Vitamin, mineral and nutritional supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains sulfites.
