Take 1 capsule daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Indications (product benefits)

• Iron can assist in maintaining normal blood health
• Iron is necessary for the formation of haemoglobin which transports oxygen to the tissues

Excipients
Citric acid, colloidal anhydrous silica, glycine, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, vegetable capsule (Vcaps®).

Warning
Not for the treatment of iron deficiency. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
