Adult Dose
Mix 5g (approx. 1 level metric 5mL teaspoon) into water and consume immediately. Take once daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Excipients
Manufacturing Excipients: Calcium carbonate, citric acid, natural Orange Flavour, malic acid, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, Stevia rebaudiana leaf extract. Incidental Excipients: Acacia, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, dl-alpha-tocopherol, gelatin, maize starch, maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, silicon dioxide, sucrose.
Warning
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A or nicotinic acid supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains nicotinic acid which may cause flushing. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Adults only. Contains 68mg potassium per daily dose. Contains fish gelatin and soya bean products.
